IFP L’Institut de Formation Pédagogique (IFP)

The Institute of Pedagogical Training (Institut de Formation pédagogique) is the training organisation for teachers and directors of member schools of the Geneva Private School Association (Association Genevoise des Ecoles Privées - AGEP). Since it’s foundation, the IFP maintains a spirit of openness, sharing and exchanges, by offering seminars, theme days and workshops… either upon request by the schools, or upon requests by the association. These training sessions are open to everyone (teachers from the private member schools of the Geneva Private School Association, surrounding cantons, as well as public instruction department teachers, under the same conditions). A few team-training sessions specific to an institution can be reserved for its own teachers. The training programme covers all domains and is aimed at teachers of all school grades.
